Toyota Malaysia has introduced the 2.0E, 2.0G and 2.4V variants to the Malaysian market. Toyota has designed the 2011 Camry so that aesthetics meet practicality. The Camry’s front is broad and masculine, with accentuating, bold and eye-like headlights, complemented by a contoured radiation grille. The rear of the car gives off an equally bold image, with wing-shaped LED combination lamps, the LED combination lamps are bright and effective, as well as power-efficient. The 2.4V variant of the Toyota Camry comes with 14 spoke, 17-inch alloy wheels, which add a touch of sportiness.

Toyota always ensures ultimate performance, coupled with true efficiency, with its trademark VVT-i engine. This technology has been designed to adjust valve timing to produce powerful acceleration, while simultaneously keeping fuel consumption at minimum levels. When Toyota develops any technologies, concern for the environment is highly important, the Toyota VVT-i engine has been developed to produce cleaner emissions. The Toyota Camry has also been devised so that engine noise levels are kept at a minimum under the bonnet. The 2.0E and 2.0G variants come in 4-speed automatic transmission whereas the 2.4V variant comes in 5-speed automatic transmission. All the variants have been designed with Toyota’s Super Electronic Control Transmission technology, which allows for smooth, seamless gear shifts. The 2.4V variant comes with the added Sequential Control for gear shifts.

Toyota has put careful thought into the design of the Camry’s suspension, the front MacPherson strut with stabiliser and rear dual link independent strut with stabiliser ensure preciseness and ultimate stability when taking turns and curves and allow for a smooth, easy ride on straight roads.

The touch screen, Bluetooth-enabled DVD Audio Visual Navigation system is an entertainment centre as well as navigation device.
